Privacy policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026
This policy describes the intended data practices of the Come Unto Christ SD n8n Analytics integration, which connects authorized Google Sheets data with self-hosted analytics workflows.
1. What Google data is accessed
With a user's authorization, the application can access Google Sheets spreadsheet content and related information necessary to identify and work with connected workbooks, such as sheet names, cell values, formulas, column headers, and spreadsheet metadata. Google Drive permissions may be requested to locate spreadsheets. The exact permissions are those displayed on Google's OAuth consent screen.
2. How Google data is used
Authorized spreadsheet data is used to read settings, process and reconcile content-performance records, maintain reports, and update specifically configured worksheets within the Mission Intelligence Engine. The application is intended for internal analytics operations, not public access to spreadsheet records or Google-account information.
3. Where data is processed and stored
Google stores the original Google Sheets files. Authorized data may be processed by n8n automation workflows and stored as needed in the Mission Intelligence Engine's self-hosted operational database, workflow records, and backups. OAuth authorization tokens are handled through the n8n credential system rather than being collected on this informational website. This Cloudflare Pages website itself does not access connected spreadsheets or ask users to sign in.
4. Service providers and disclosures
Processing may involve Google, the systems hosting the n8n workflows and operational databases, Cloudflare for public site delivery and network connectivity, and configured analytics or AI providers where specifically required by an authorized workflow. The application is not intended to sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising. Access by operational personnel and providers should be limited to the functions necessary to deliver the integration.
5. Retention and deletion
Data may be retained for operational reporting, historical comparison, auditability, error recovery, and backup purposes. Retention depends on the active workflow and server policies; no universal retention period is promised on this page. Authorized users can request access removal or deletion from the responsible project administrator. Some information may remain in backups or logs until the applicable retention cycles end.
6. Security
Access is intended to be limited to authorized Google accounts, designated workbooks, and administrators. OAuth authorization, authenticated connections, and encrypted network transport are used where configured. No internet-connected system can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices
You can revoke this application's Google access using your Google Account's third-party connections settings. You can also revoke spreadsheet permissions through Google sharing settings where you have authority. Revoking authorization prevents future permitted API access but does not automatically erase historical operational records.
8. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the integration changes. The effective date above indicates the current published version. For privacy questions, access, or removal requests, contact the app's support email listed on the Google OAuth consent screen or the administrator responsible for authorizing your organization’s spreadsheet access.
Google user data is used only for the purposes described here and as permitted by Google's applicable API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
